Dawn Garcia, president of the Arizona Chapter of the American Institute of Professional Geologists (AIPG) announced that Flagstaff has been selected as the site of the AIPG National
Meeting in 2014. AIPG National and the Arizona Hydrological Society have
agreed to hold a joint meeting, similar to the format in 2008. An
announcement letter will be going out soon to start publicizing the event and inviting ideas and help for field trips and technical sessions.
